A Bay Area music producer with a buttery style
The client needed an iconic illustration to embed as branding onto digital assets, which would capture her aesthetic while remaining legible at small scales. Her eventual intent was to commission an animated version for use as a bug on social media.

Refined version of the client's selection, including some texture and color variety. Texture was deliberately simplified for scale, and to preserve the possibility of making an animated version.
Updated butter dish for more defined scallops. Experimenting with different treatments for "Mixed By" seeking maximum legibility at small scale.
